The College Library was established in 2014. It has a collection of 2500+ books and covers a wide range of subjects that includes Economics, Education, English, Environment, History, Khasi, Political Science, North East India and other relevant books related to the courses provided by the College. The Library also has a collection of Journals, Magazine, Newspaper and Reference books like Encyclopedia, Dictionaries and Question papers. The main aim of the Library is to collect, organize, preserve and provide access to knowledge and information for students and faculty. The working hours of the library is from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on all working days.

Rules:
1. Students are to enter their names and sign in the register whenever they enter the library.
2. Bags must be kept in the specified area inside the library. However, purses, wallets, mobile phones are allowed to carry inside.
3. The students should maintain silence inside the library.
4. Cell phones are to be either turn off or on silent mode when entering the Library.
5. Students are not allowed to reshelf books after removing them from the shelf.
6. Anyone caught marking or writing, defacing or tearing pages of a book will be expected to pay for the material with the latest edition of the same book.
7. Books may be reserved only with the permission of the librarian.
8. The librarian shall not take any responsibility for loss of personal property or books already signed to a student.
9. Newly purchased books will not be issued to any user for at least one month. But it will displayed separately as new arrivals.
10. Reference books like Encyclopedia, Dictionaries and Journals are not for issue and they should be referred within the library only.
11. If the books are lost then the borrower shall replace the books of the same edition or latest edition or have to pay double cost of the book after getting permission from the librarian.
12. Librarian borrowed cards are valid for the entire duration of the course to access library facilities.
13. Students have to produce their library cards at the time of borrowing books from the library.
14. Students are allowed to borrow a maximum of 4 books for a period of 7 days.
15. Students are not allowed to borrow books on behalf of others.
16. Books must be returned within 7days from the date of issue if not then the students have to pay fine of Rs. 5/day for one book for late returning of books.

   
Library Advisory Committee:
The objective of the Library Advisory Committee is to ensure an effective and adequate functioning of the library. The body also aims to organize and update the library collection to provide a more productive environment for teaching and learning. The Library Advisory Committee comprises of the Principal, Vice Principal, Library Assistant and the HoD’s of the college.
